Strength/Skill: EMOM 9 Minutes:
– 2 Power Snatch (115/85)
– 2 Overhead Squat
– 2 Snatch grip jerk behind the neck

WOD: For Time:
– 30 Pullups
– 50 Thrusters (45/35)
– 1000m Row
**Every minute during Pull ups and Thrusters do 50m Sprint
