Mobility - Week of 8/12/19

Monday August 12th marks the first day of the new training cycle here at CrossFit Omnia. We’re going to be embarking on an 8 week cycle with a few different focuses but to go along with this, each week we’re going to post up 4-5 mobility drills that you can work on through the week.

These are designed to help improve your ROM, your ability to get in a better position and avoid having to compensate when you’re under load or fatigue.
