Specialty Classes

We offer small group classes that focus on specific movements or skills that rotate on a 4-6 week basis.

Gymnastics Classes - These are 4-5 week programs in groups limited to 8 participants. These classes take place at 6pm on Tuesdays - please contact a coach to find out the next available program starts.

Weightlifting Classes - These are 6-8 week programs in groups limited to 8 participants. These classes take place at 6pm on Thursdays - please contact a coach to find out when the next available program starts.


Personal Training

Personal training sessions can be scheduled at anytime - please email to enquire about availability.
