Our group classes are a 1hr class, led by a coach, designed to improve your health, function and fitness levels. The class will start with a coach-led group warm up that will prepare you for the workout of the day. Typically the class will then move towards strength or skill work, followed by conditioning work to finish the class. Throughout the class, the coach will work with you on your technique and positioning as well as answering questions you may have about how to appropriately adapt the workout to your fitness levels.
Do you want the personal attention of a coach to teach and guide you through your fitness journey? We have personal training options available to integrate with our group classes, or act as a stand alone training option. These are 30 min or 1hr sessions, 1-on-1 with a coach, that are written and programmed specifically for your needs and goals.
